I help people release tension, calm the nervous system, and relearn the body’s natural ability to heal.
I am a somatic practitioner, yoga teacher, and author of The Soma Awakens, specialising in gentle nervous system–based movement for overstimulated, desk-bound bodies. My work helps clients release chronic tension, improve mobility, and feel grounded again. I offer somatic sessions, restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra, and private online guidance worldwide.
CLIENT EXPERIENCES

I felt more connected to my body during practice—suddenly aware of muscles I had never noticed before. It was like waking up in my own skin.

The gentle SMA neck movements brought a deep sense of release and stillness. I now pause during my busy workday to return to them. They help me exhale.

Somatic Release
Somatic Release uses gentle, awareness-based movements to retrain the nervous system and release chronic tension.
Often, the body doesn’t need deep or forceful stretching — it simply needs stillness, support, and the right conditions to let go.
Why Choose Somatic Release
In daily life, our bodies are often on constant alert. Work, screens, stress, and busy routines keep the nervous system switched on, creating layers of tension we may not notice — until the body feels tight, tired, or painful.
Somatic Release helps you gently become aware of where your body is holding tension, and how to let it go.
These sessions are designed for modern bodies shaped by sitting, stress, injury, or fatigue. Rather than forcing flexibility, the practice uses slow, mindful movement to help the body soften, unwind, and return to its natural ease.
